Refund policy

 

Returns: 


  • Returns are accepted for store credit only on regular-priced, unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached. Items must be free of odors and returned in smoke-free and pet-hair-free condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
  • Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For the quickest service, please submit a return request through your Shopify order. This is our preferred method for return authorization and allows us to process your request as quickly as possible.
  • If you need assistance with a return request, you may also contact Vintage Dragonfly Boutique at 601-606-2918.
  • Please do not send merchandise back without receiving return authorization first.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If Vintage Dragonfly Boutique provides a prepaid return shipping label, $7.90 will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of the return label.
  • Once return authorization is accepted, customer shall ship item(s) back immediately. If you prefer we will provide a return label and will reduce your store credit by $7.90. Upon receipt of return, your store credit will be issued to your account.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Tracking number is provided for both parties. Please email us at vintagedragonfly23@gmail.com for return authorization or we maybe reached at 601-606-6212. 
  • In store returns must take place within 7 business days of purchase. 
  • Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted, and can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense. We will make every effort to contact you, and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 3 days from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 3 days, we will donate the return to charity.
  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE, SALE ITEMS, MARKDOWNS, CLEARANCE, DOORBUSTERS, & WEEKLY SPECIALS, are FINAL SALE. ALL ITEMS $25 OR LESS ARE FINAL SALE. Please do not return these items to us, as we cannot accept them, and you must pay shipping charges before they can be returned back to you. 
  • All bralettes, intimates, bath products, and jewelry are FINAL SALE.
  • If customer chooses to return an item without fault on Vintage Dragonfly, customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
