Shipping & Returns

  • We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service.
  • Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days, usually sooner. However, during sales and busy seasons, it may take longer. We are always working diligently to get your items to you as quickly as possible. 
  • When your order is packed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided.

  • If you need an item quickly for a vacation or event, please message us through Facebook, and we will be sure to ship your item the next day at no additional charge.
  • Orders placed on Friday and the weekends will go out the next week.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. 
  • If you do not see your tracking update and have not received your item within 10 days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue immediately.
  • If your tracking says your package has been delivered, yet it's nowhere to be found, please contact your local post office or USPS directly to investigate this issue.

  • We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the address you provided.
  • Also, be sure to check with reception or the office if you live in a building with multiple residents.
  • Be sure to check your order information to make sure you entered the correct shipping information.
  • If you are missing an item, please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email stating an item was flawed or out of stock. If you have not received an email and a refund, please message us to let us know about the missing item.   • Returns are accepted for store credit on regular priced, unworn, unwashed items with ALL tags still attached.  Items cannot have an odor.  Returned items must be smoke and pet free.  This policy refers to the item/items purchased, shipping for products is not refundable. 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us at for return authorization.  
  • Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted, and can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense. We will make every effort to contact you, and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 7 days from the date of first contact. Should we not hear back within 7 days, we will donate the return to charity.
  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE, SALE ITEMS, MARKDOWNS, CLEARANCE, DOORBUSTERS, & WEEKLY SPECIALS, are FINAL SALE. ALL ITEMS $25 OR LESS ARE FINAL SALE. Please do not return these items to us, as we cannot accept them, and you must pay shipping charges before they can be returned back to you. 
  • All bralettes, intimates, shoes, hats, jewelry, and accessories are also FINAL SALE.
